Born Constance Bih Kimal, Missy
BK is a Cameroonian by birth and the Second child of a family of 5, Missy grew
up in the diverse City of Bamenda in the North West region of Cameroon. She
adored the young wild and free childhood playing with friends and other kids in
her neighborhood. Moreover, she loves African dishes such as Fufu and Njama
Njama, Eru, ekwang and Ndole. She’s a laid back person
reserved and sometimes shy but gets really bubbly and chatty around those she
feels comfortable with. She is persistent, dedicated to what she does and helpful
to other people in different areas of her life. Music is a big part of her life
and she lives with the rule ...."we succeed by lifting others"

Despite the fact that she's traveled far and wide , Cameroon is a place where
she will forever call home.
Described by

started off her career as a backup vocalist for local artists, and a radio
presenter in the early 2000s where she later on, joined a girl band
called " the cherubic queens " during her days as one of the lead
singers in the band, Missy gained a lot of exposure and got incredible
feedback concerning the power and gravity of her voice that moved many , there
and then she knew Music was what she wanted to embark on as a professional
career. After completing high school, she Decided to move to Germany and 5
years later to Canada to pursue her studies and music career.
Missy Bk rose to prominence as a vocalist with her Hit song “My baby “Featuring Cameroonian Diva Annie Anzouer back in 2014.Her song “My baby “ topped the Charts and stayed Top 1 most played song on radios in Canada, Ivory coast, Cameroon , and the USA and won an award for most popular song of the year at the Next Generation Award USA 2015. She received more buzz with the release of her 3rd solo single "Ndolo", which earned her an award for best female Artist of the year at the African Entertainment Awards in Mississauga Canada and NEGGA Awards USA 2015 not leaving out her big Nomination at The Afrima Award 2015 where she was nominated Best Female Artist in Central Africa. She also brought home 4 awards in the UK, the US and Canada for Best humanitarian act 2015. She has shared the stage with artists such as Davido, Brackets, Meiway and more. She released jingles for radios such as the national radio CRTV, Afrique nouvelle and Abakwa fm and her versatile nature makes her stand out from others in the industry.

Missy BK is happily married and has a huge heart. Moved by the widespread of poverty, Malaria, HIV & Aids and the high death rates of many Cameroonian parents leaving behind many kids orphans at a young age, Missy created ”The Missy BK Foundation” to help these children hope for a better future . Through her sponsorship program, Missy is currently offering full scholarships to 7 orphans who lost both parents from Bamenda and she plans to increase the number of children with time and her goal is to see them through University.

The Missy Bk
foundation also promotes excellence in children by providing prices for outstanding
students in selected schools in Cameroon. Since her foundation cannot sponsor
every child; at the start of every school year the Missy Bk foundation give out
school materials to over 100 underprivileged children especially orphans living
in villages and remote areas in Cameroon. She focuses more on the Girl child as
she aims at encouraging the education of the latter as well as giving them the
right information and tools to prevent unwanted pregnancies, high school dropout
rates with increase information on family planning and job opportunities which
will help give them more hope for a better future
