Hope Music Group
presents "Lomdie", the latest music video of Cameroonian
star Singer Michael KIESSOU featuring LOCKO of Big Dream Entertainment. Being,
the artist’s seventh release and the 6th produced by Hope Music
Group label. Lomdie is a clever
musical mix consisting of ancestral melodies from Africa and a pinch of sounds
from abroad.
The video was
shot in the western region of Cameroon, in the localities of Bandjoun, Baleng, and
Bafoussam; "Lomdie"
embodies the artist’s will to highlight the traditional and cultural values of the African continent.
Directed by one
of Central Africa’s best audiovisual firm, NS Pictures, "Lomdie" in the Bandjoun language means
"marriage". And in this scene, Michael KIESSOU and LOCKO promise
marriage to their respective soul mates. The script is a short musical film
that tells the story of a maneuver that is ready for anything, even to
sacrifice his full monthly payroll to meet the expectations of his bride.
"Lomdie" is 4 minutes, 5 seconds of escape in the meanders of the
culture of the high western lands of Cameroon. The video also features Guess
appearance from the legendary Cameroonian traditional Boys Band, The TAKAM-II.
The single will
be digitally distributed by Sony music through its French branch "The
Orchard" and will be available on YouTube Vevo, an online update service
including Hope Music Group is one of the few labels that benefits in Cameroon.
