Born of Cameroonian parents, singer, songwriter, composer and dance-floor diva, Kissilâ hails from Bafang in the West Region of Cameroon. At a very tender age and while in Yaoundé, the political capital of Cameroon, the young Kissilâ starts singing in local café-cabarets performing gospel, rock, blues and traditional songs.

Years later… she lets go of her passion when she moves to the UK and then France to further her studies where she obtains an MBA in International Trade and a Masters Degree in International Strategic Marketing.

Now a successful businesswoman I guess it’s high time one follows her passion. Kissilâ hits back with her 1^st official single “NO CHOP YOUR MONEY”. In this kicking African house track, Kissilâ serves the public with a candid reminder that there is more to life than “chopping” money, and tastefully inspires everyone not to forget the most important values in a relationship, which are, according to her: – love and reproduction.

Kissilâ, gives her fans enough time to dance over her African House Track “NO CHOP YOUR MONEY” and drives everyone into the club 40 weeks later with the release of her second song “WHEN THE STARS FLY OVER”, a strong lyric of hope and solidarity; a delightful melody riding on a striding African rhythm, and tempered by the drops and swells of best-in-class, kicking club-dance.

With her next and yet to be released single “MBOUANI” roughly translated as peace from her Cameroonian (Bafang) vernacular, warrior-princess Kissilâ is rapidly proving she has more than one string to her bow.

Kissilâ’s ability to tastefully blend the finest European house music with pulsating African rhythms has made her one of the pioneers of the Afro House movement worldwide. No doubt her creative spirit springs from her African roots.
